Thames Water renews with Mine Digital for further three years

Mine Digital, the leading marketing automation provider has recently renewed its contract with Thames Water – the UK’s largest water utility. The agreement for the continued provision of Mine Digital’s brandPATH™ marketing automation suite, takes Mine Digital and Thames Water into the third year of their partnership. Known as ‘Watermark’ the system provides Thames Water with a one-stop shop for all those involved in marketing the organisations brands and developing new business.
Thames Water’s decision to renew for a further three years underlines the quality of technology and strength of service the company receives from Mine Digital. Encompassing digital asset management, web-to-print production, e-commerce and project management modules, the solution brings together a range of tools and best practice processes in one easy-to-use online system. Services by Mine Digital include content management, a user helpdesk and technical support.
The latest Thames Water contract sees Mine Digital receiving its forth-major contract renewal or new contract this year.
