Mine Digital sponsor Campaign Press Awards 2006

Mine Digital, the leading digital services provider has recently sponsored the 2006 Campaign Press Awards in London. The event has been established to honour press advertising around the world, which set a benchmark for creative eminence. A number of advertising agencies were nominated for awards with Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy, Abbott Mead Vickers and DDB London featuring particularly well.

The event proved to be an all round success for the advertising industry with many innovative campaigns being awarded for their creativity. There were over twenty categories awarded on the evening including; Best Individual Press Advertisement, Best Press Advertising Campaign and Best International Press Advertising Campaign. Mine Digital were proud to sponsor the ‘Best Advertisement in National Newspapers’ category, which was awarded to Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy for their Black Leisure Group campaign.

Mine Digital sponsored the event under its main product strap line ‘brandPRESS™ – automated ad production’ and achieved much brand exposure throughout the evening amongst its advertising agency target market. brandPRESS™ allows high volume press advertising campaigns to be created in minutes through an automated system which uses intelligent scaling to re-size adverts while also delivering to publications. The system has also incorporated a unique client – agency workflow structure that ensures inter agency collaboration and accuracy. brandPRESS™ is currently being targeted at advertising agencies however a number of corporate clients also use the technology for their advertising production including Toyota and Thames Water.

Mine Digital’s Chairman Ken Beattie who attended the awards in Brick Lane, London states; ‘The Campaign Press awards were an excellent event for Mine Digital to be strongly associated with. The 2006 event was hosted in the Old Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, London on April 26th. The awards attracted a number of top UK advertising agencies including Bartle Bogel Hegarty, M&C Saatchi and their clients.
